I plugged in and the motor turned. No LED (not sure if this is by design or not).
Has some chips/scratches/dings present.
There are scuffs, scratches, discoloration,
corrosion,
rust, dust, & signs of age.
Has a stamp Sacred Heart General Hospital L220 On unit.
Has cracked glass tube and plastic hosing nut (see pics).
Sold as not working, for - parts / repair / project.  No other testing done.
