Up for sale is an extra large completely handcrafted wooden chess set with folding
board/storage case.
Beautiful one of a kind handcrafted extra large wood chess set. Complete. Rare.
King measures 8 in. tall, 1 15/16 in. diameter base.
Queen is 6 1/2 in. tall, 1 3/4 in. dia. base.
Bishop is 5 15/16 in. tall, 1 5/8 in. dia. base.
Knight is 4 3/4 in. tall, 1 1/2 in. dia. base.
Rook is 4 in. tall, 1 3/8 in. dia. base.
Pawn is 3 5/8 in. tall, 1 1/4 in. dia. base.
All pieces have cloth flannel? hand cut bottoms.
Folding handcrafted chess board & case measures 24 in. by 24. in. opened, 2 in. high.
Inlaid individual wood squares measure about 2 7/8 in. square.
Board has a small blemish and minor scratches. No problem. Battle goes on.
Closed board/case measures 4 in. tall. No clasp.
This is an excellent, one of a kind, extremely large handmade chess set.
